People often ask: "How do I beat a speeding ticket in New York?" Its difficult for people to handle a traffic ticket themselves because they are not familiar with the rules and procedures of the town courts and local district attorney's office.

If you received a speeding ticket or any other traffic ticket in New York (except NYC), we can handle the ticket for you, which saves you the time and expense of having to travel back to court as many as three (3) times.

Whether you were speeding or not, the courts and the district attorney's office recognize that good people make mistakes and they will consider a reduction of the charges. This is commonly known as a "plea bargain."

Driver Responsibility Assessment Fees

In addition to paying the court imposed surcharges and fines on traffic tickets, DMV charges all driver's with six or more points in eighteen months, an assessment fee. This law applies to all drivers, regardless of what state they are licensed in. The minimum charge is $100 per year for three years. We will review your driving record and work on your case to help you avoid the additional assessment fees.
